- Getting through to surgery.
- Availability of appointments.
- Telephone triage service.
- When medications are changed/removed off repeat prescriptions at least notify us - explain reasons. I had to call chemist because thought they had made an error, informed GP had not prescribed them.
- No regular reviews of long term meds.
- Different GPs all the time.
- Lack of regularity.

- Reception staff are great.
- Nurse is exceptional, very attentive.
- However, there is no permanent doctor in the surgery which is disappointing. I appear to need a locum each time, there is no continuity.

The help provided by staff and doctor to any self and family make us feel at ease. However the process of book appointment could be easier.
